A Meth ‘Super Lab’ has been found on a rural property on the outskirts of Tauranga.
Tauranga has been in the news this week. This ‘Super Lab’, Meth and Cannabis found in a raid in Parkvale on Tuesday, 1kg of MDMA, otherwise known as Ecstasy, found at another address. We have also had the Guilty pleas of the 4 men in the $20m Cocaine bust, where the drugs came into Tauranga port attached to the hull of a container ship.
The Herald is reporting today that there was a large explosion at the McLaren Fall Road property of the ‘Super Lab’ on wednesday night. The Police raided at 6am Thursday morning. Neighbours describe it as a quiet street – little wonder why they picked this street as no one knew anything until it blew up.
That is a lot of drug activity in one week.
