The RTA Amendment Act has come into force today.
The act addresses issues of liability for rental damage and premises that are unlawful for residential use.
Part of the Act cover Meth Contamination. The dissappointing thing is that much anticipated regulation have been put off for 12 - 18 months. This is going to leave alot more purchasers, landlords and tenants out of pocket after being caught out by the lack of regulations.
