The ADLS & REINZ introduced Edition 10 of the Sale and Purchase Agreement in November last year. This new edition included a Toxicology Clause for the first time and referenced the New Zealand Standard, NZS8510:2017. Last week they removed any reference to the NZ Standard from Version 2, Edition 10.
The Meth Testing Industry Association of NZ (MTIANZ) have had our lawyers write to the ADLS & REINZ and a still awaiting a response. We will update you when we hear back.
