Does anyone have any experience navigating meth contamination?

We settled on our house last month. We opted not to do any meth testing before settlement (big regret) because the house was presented as the deceased estate of a 94-year-old woman. Since settling, we've learnt that the previous occupant (her grandson) was on home detention at this address and would routinely have friends over and consume a LOT of meth. One neighbour since informed us that he may have been dealing or cooking in our garage. We just got some testing done after finding all of this out and the average came back at 19 μg/100cm². We're pursuing room-by-room testing to see if there's a stronger concentration in one specific area. The worst part is that our real estate agent is close friends with the family and very likely knew about the meth use. He told us at settlement when handing over keys (not any sooner) that we should change the locks because the grandson is "into some dodgy stuff." Is there any recourse here? Does anyone have any experience with remediating meth contamination? Feeling lost and unsure of what to do. Thanks in advance.
